Exhibition booth parameters ’Service tax of 15% will be charged on the booth rates’’

  • Full payment for the booths to be made at the time of booking.
  • Payment can be sent through cheque/demand draft, credited in favour of FICCI, New Delhi.
  • All the exhibitors are requested to identify 10 tour operators across the different countries whom they think are the quality buyers to attend the Great Indian Travel Bazaar ‘17. The foreign buyers will be invited to GITB’ 17 subject to approval of their names by the Foreign Buyer Committee for GITB ‘17 and the availability of the hosted hospitality package at that time. If the FTO hosted quota is full at the time of receipt of the FTO names, we will keep the invitations on hold. No foreign representative of an Indian company will be eligible as a buyer.
  • A fully built up booth has three walls, corner booths will have two walls only, carpet, four spot lights, one table, two chairs, one electric point, a dustbin and the fascia.
  • The booth fascia (company name to be displayed on the booth has to be provided by the seller at the time of confirming the booking.
  • The booth fascia (company name) must be exactly the same as the company name listed on the b2b profile on the website.
  • Sellers constructing their own space must display the booth number assigned by the organizers.
  • The foreign buyers will only be able to locate your booth based on your company name given in the b2b profile and booth number as this information is printed on the buyer’s b2b appointment card.
  • One username and password will be allotted per company. A company may have a maximum of 2 usernames and passwords only if they have 2 or more than 2 booths (as per Sponsorship module). This is applicable to both Partners and Exhibitors.
  • One set has 20 meetings per day. It is mandatory for all Indian sellers and foreign buyers to fill up the B2B meeting cards and submit them at the end of each day at the B2B meeting counter along with the feedback forms.
