Please Note: Premium is charged on stalls having strategic location, (refer Exhibition Layout please) i.e.

"Type A" stalls are 30% higher from base rate (marked in Red)
"Type B" stalls are 20% higher from base rate (marked in White)

Note:

  1. Full payment for the booths to be made at the time of booking.

  2. Pre Fixed B2B meetings with foreign buyers will be organized for only those who have taken up booth(s) and thus become registered sellers.

  3. B2B Meetings will takes place at the Booths of registered sellers thus 100% footfalls across the venue

  4. Early Bird discount of 10% if purchased on or before 31st December 2010.

  5. Please See the Stall Layout which indicates different Prices for Premium Stalls.

  6. Payment can be sent through cheque/demand draft credited in favour of FICCI, New Delhi.

  7. A fully built up booth comes with three walls/corner with two walls, carpet, four spot lights, one table, two chairs, one electric point, a dustbin and the fascia

  8. The fascia is to be provided by the seller at the time of confirming the booking.

  9. You are requested to kindly let us know your requirements at the earliest as we have limited number of booths.

  10. Hall move in and raw space built up booth will commence from April 15, 2011 at B M Birla Convention Centre, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

  11. The inaugural of the travel bazaar will be on the 17th of April and the exhibition and B2B meetings will be on 18th and 19th of April 2011 at B M Birla Convention Centre, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
